Local Development Companies (LDCs) work closely with statutory agencies to co-deliver programmes, enhance service access, and build inclusive, thriving communities. These collaborations span social inclusion, education, youth support, tourism, recreation, human rights, and more.
LDCs partner with An Garda Síochána through initiatives such as Community Safety Partnerships, personal and road safety awareness, and Garda vetting. They also co-organise community engagement events, including Garda sports days and local soccer tournaments, building trust and visibility at community level.

LDCs engage with the LGMA through the Local Area Implementation Teams (LAIT) and participate in SICAP alignment sub-groups to enhance local service delivery frameworks.
LDCs work with the FSAI and Safefood on initiatives like the Community Food Initiative, promoting food safety, nutrition, and health at community level.
